ABOUT US
A city FOR ALL
About Us
Celebrate Toronto is a non-profit organization fueled by passion, creativity, and a deep love for our city. Our mission is to curate a year-long celebration that pays homage to Toronto's past, celebrates its present, and paves the way for an even brighter future. We believe that by fostering a sense of pride and unity among Torontonians, we can build a stronger, more vibrant community.
Promoting local arts and culture is pivotal to our mission. Toronto's artists and creatives are the storytellers of our city, narrating its past, reflecting its present, and envisioning its future. Through support and promotion, we aim to illuminate the city's creative soul, showcasing its artistic achievements on both local and global stages. Our initiatives are designed to create spaces where artists and small businesses can thrive.
Celebrate Toronto’s programming includes large scale festivals, art exhibitions, live music shows, and pop-up markets, each a tribute to the city's artistic diversity. Our events, programs, and initiatives invite both residents and visitors to partake in the celebration of the city's essence. By strengthening community bonds, we not only enhance civic pride but also forge a collective identity rooted in mutual respect and appreciation for diversity. This unity is our strength, driving us towards a future where every individual feels valued and empowered.
'Celebrate Toronto' is not just our name; it's our call to action—a reminder that every day is an opportunity to celebrate the city's indomitable spirit, its people, and the shared journey that lies ahead.
